Download and sign in
CityHub application can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple App Store (iTunes). After application finishes installation login as Facebook, Google or anonymous user. Don’t forget to enable location services in your device settings.
Reporting the problem
Use CityHub application to photo the communal problem you wish to report. Pick the category, priority and leave a short comment or description. After that, send your report by pressing the "Report" key.
Settings
You can change the interface language of the application or set the number of reports to display. Besides that, under "Settings" you can find section for bug reporting.
Last reports
You can overview reported communal problems in your city and their current solving status under "Last reports" tab. By clicking the "Reported" button follow the reported communal problems in your area on interactive map.
Help
If you need detail instructions on how to use the application, select "Help" option in Menu. Follow the written steps to complete your report of communal problem.
