What is CityHub?

CityHub is mobile and cloud app which combines city public services all in one place. Mobile app currently supports one module, the modular cloud service for communal office which enables more simplified reporting, review and comments of irregularities and problems for citizens. Communal office administrator delegates reported problems to the service that is in charge of its resolution. After the problem is solved, the administrator will notify the citizen. Notification is visible with the next app login from the CityHub user.

What can be reported via CityHub app?

CityHub app is primarily intended for reporting of communal irregularities that needs to be repaired, such as:
  • Roads/public surfaces
    • Faulty traffic signs
    • Damage to public transport surfaces (pavement, sidewalk, pedestrian zones)
  • Trash
    • Bulky waste (wild dumps)
    • Defective waste containers
    • Contamination of public green areas
    • Contamination of public transport surfaces
  • Water/Drainage
    • Clogged city sewer drains
  • Green areas
    • Damage to public green spaces
    • Damage to the park equipment
  • Other
    • Faulty street lights
    • Defective columns and railings
    • Damage to the car parking
    • Damaged canopies (bus / tram)
    • Damaged stairs
    • Damaged urban equipment and devices
    • Damage / lack of signboards

What can’t be reported via CityHub app?

CityHub app isn’t intended for solving any citizen problems but for maintaining and increasing quality of using pubic city surfaces and infrastructure – please use the application for problems as listed above.

CityHub isn’t intended for solving problems such as:
  • problematic behavior of individuals, disputes with neighbors and / or any group of people
  • any emergency works (flood in the apartment, a temporary malfunction of tram network)
  • barking dogs, unleashed dogs or dogs without muzzles,
  • fires, air and water pollution
  • noise,
  • suggestions for adding new trash bins, new lamp posts, stop lights, etc.
  • complaints against the city authorities or any other public administration bodies
  • illegal construction
  • rampage on roads, drug abuse, public intoxication, violence against animals, reselling, etc.

How to report a problem?

To report a noticed problem it is necessary to download the mobile application on your mobile device. Select the way you will login to app: via Facebook or Google account or as an anonymous user. Login to CityHub app, take photo of the observed situation, select the category and priority of the problem and enter short comment or description. After that, the report is ready to be sent. Your report, along with your geolocation, will be sent to the office in charge, where the problem will be dealt with as soon as possible, according to the priorities list. You will be able to view recent citizen problem reports in your area on the interactive map.

How are the reported problems being solved?

City official in your city administration reviews the reported problems and dispatches the Repair warrant to the services in charge of those types of problems. After the problem is cleared, administrator informs the citizen who reported the problem by sending notification which is visible after the next time user logs in to the CityHub application.

Is use of CityHub application free of charge?

Yes, the application can be downloaded and used free of charge.

Can I use CityHub application on a mobile device?

CityHub application will work on your mobile device if you download it from:

  • GooglePlay (for Android devices),
  • App Store (for iOS devices),
